I’ve Got You

You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to ask for support. Counselling can also be a place to check in, regroup, work through something that has come up, or reconnect with the strategies that have been helpful to you

Sometimes you don’t need a crisis service—you may simply be having a difficult day, feeling overwhelmed, or realizing that you could use some extra support.

If you’re an existing Anchor & Bloom client and feel you could benefit from checking in, you’re welcome to reach out to request an appointment or see whether an earlier session is available.

Please keep in mind that messages are not monitored continuously and I may not be able to respond immediately. Anchor & Bloom Counselling does not provide emergency or 24-hour crisis services.

If you need immediate crisis support, please use the crisis resources provided on this page. If there is an immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s safety, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
